This Privacy Policy applies to the Stocks Notifier mobile application (the "App"), created and operated by Collabry Software LLC ("Service Provider," "we," "us," or "our"), a company organized under the laws of the Republic of Turkey with its registered address at Barbaros, Şebboy Sk. No:4/1 İç Kapı No:1, 34758 Ataşehir/İstanbul, Turkey. The App provides automated technical-indicator alerts for stocks and other instruments, offered with both free and paid subscription tiers via the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
This policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices and rights you have. By downloading or using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information as described here.
Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of information:
- Account information: if you create an account, this may include your email address, name, and authentication identifiers.
- Usage and device data: device type, operating system and version, app version, IP address, language settings, and how you interact with the App (screens viewed, features used, session length, crash logs).
- App preferences: your watchlists, selected stocks/instruments, alert thresholds, and notification settings, so the App can deliver the alerts you've configured.
- Push notification tokens: a device-specific identifier required to deliver alerts to your device via Apple Push Notification Service (APNs) or Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM).
- Subscription and purchase data: information related to your subscription status, purchase history, and entitlements, processed through Apple's In-App Purchase system or Google Play Billing and our subscription management provider (see "Subscriptions and Payments" below). We do not collect or store your payment card details ourselves — these are handled directly by Apple or Google.
The App does not collect precise GPS location data. We do not knowingly collect any information about your actual brokerage holdings, account balances, or trading activity outside the App — the alerts we generate are based solely on publicly available market data.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Operate the App's core functionality, including generating and delivering the technical-indicator alerts you've configured
- Process and manage your subscription, including renewals, cancellations, and entitlement checks
- Understand how the App is used so we can fix bugs, improve performance, and prioritize new features
- Communicate with you about important updates, service notices, or — where you've agreed to receive them — product announcements
- Maintain the security of the App and detect or prevent fraud and abuse
- Comply with legal obligations
Analytics
We use PostHog, a self-hosted analytics platform that runs on our own infrastructure, to understand how the App is used (e.g., feature usage, navigation patterns, crash and performance events). Because PostHog is self-hosted, this usage data is processed on servers we control rather than passed to a third-party analytics company.
We also receive limited aggregate analytics and crash-reporting data from Apple App Store Connect and Google Play Console (e.g., install counts, crash rates), governed by Apple's and Google's own privacy policies.
Subscriptions and Payments
Subscription purchases are processed through Apple's In-App Purchase system or Google Play Billing, depending on your device. We use Adapty as our subscription management platform to track entitlements (i.e., whether your subscription is active) and to analyze subscription performance (e.g., conversion and renewal rates). Adapty receives anonymized purchase and device-identifier data from Apple/Google on our behalf — it does not receive your payment card information, which is handled entirely by Apple and Google.

Push Notifications
The App's core feature relies on push notifications to deliver stock alerts. To do this, we collect a device push token and send it, along with the relevant alert content, through Apple Push Notification Service (APNs) or Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM). You can disable push notifications at any time through your device's system settings; doing so will prevent the App from delivering alerts to your lock screen or notification center, though in-app alerts may still be visible when you open the App.
Third-Party Services
The App relies on the following third-party services, each of which processes certain data on our behalf and maintains its own privacy policy:
- Expo — mobile app framework and build infrastructure
- Adapty — subscription management and analytics
- PostHog — product analytics (self-hosted on our own infrastructure)
- Apple App Store / APNs — app distribution, in-app purchases, push notifications (iOS)
- Google Play / Firebase — app distribution, in-app purchases, push notifications (Android)
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may disclose information we hold:
- as required by law, such as to comply with a court order, subpoena, or similar legal process;
- when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a lawful government request;
- with service providers who work on our behalf under contractual confidentiality obligations, solely to provide the services described in this policy.
Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you the App's services, and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. If you'd like us to delete data you've provided through the App, contact us at [email protected] and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your personal data, including the right to access, correct, delete, or export the data we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing.
- If you are in Turkey: under the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, request information about such processing, request correction or deletion of incomplete or inaccurate data, and object to outcomes resulting solely from automated processing. You may exercise these rights by contacting us at [email protected].
- If you are in the European Economic Area or UK: you have rights under the GDPR/UK GDPR, including the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or port your data, and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
- If you are in the United States: depending on your state of residence (e.g., California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, and others with comprehensive privacy laws), you may have the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion or correction of that information, opt out of the sale or "sharing" of personal information, and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. To be clear: we do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for cross-context behavioral advertising. California residents specifically have these rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA). You can exercise any of these rights by contacting us at [email protected]; we will not charge a fee to process your request and will respond within the time required by applicable law.
You can stop all further collection of information by the App at any time by uninstalling it using your device's standard uninstall process.
Children's Privacy
The App is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the relevant minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under that age. In the United States, this commitment is made in accordance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). If we learn that a child has provided us with personal information, we will delete it from our servers. Security
We take reasonable physical, electronic, and procedural measures to protect the information we process and store. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, through an in-app notice. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

Bu Gizlilik Politikası, Türkiye Cumhuriyeti kanunlarına göre kurulmuş ve kayıtlı adresi Barbaros, Şebboy Sk. No:4/1 İç Kapı No:1, 34758 Ataşehir/İstanbul, Türkiye olan Collabry Software LLC ("Hizmet Sağlayıcı," "biz") tarafından geliştirilen ve işletilen Stocks Notifier mobil uygulamasına ("Uygulama") uygulanır. Uygulama, hisse senedi ve diğer enstrümanlar için otomatik teknik gösterge bildirimleri sunar; Apple App Store ve Google Play Store üzerinden ücretsiz ve ücretli abonelik seçenekleriyle sağlanmaktadır.
Bu politika; hangi bilgileri topladığımızı, bunları nasıl kullandığımızı, kimlerle paylaştığımızı ve sizin hangi seçeneklere ve haklara sahip olduğunuzu açıklar. Uygulamayı indirerek veya kullanarak, bilgilerin burada açıklandığı şekilde toplanmasını ve kullanılmasını kabul etmiş olursunuz.
Topladığımız Bilgiler
Aşağıdaki bilgi kategorilerini topluyoruz:
- Hesap bilgileri: bir hesap oluşturmanız halinde e-posta adresiniz, adınız ve kimlik doğrulama tanımlayıcıları.
- Kullanım ve cihaz verileri: cihaz türü, işletim sistemi ve sürümü, uygulama sürümü, IP adresi, dil ayarları ve Uygulama ile etkileşiminiz (görüntülenen ekranlar, kullanılan özellikler, oturum süresi, çökme kayıtları).
- Uygulama tercihleri: Uygulamanın yapılandırdığınız bildirimleri size iletebilmesi için izleme listeleriniz, seçtiğiniz hisse/enstrümanlar, bildirim eşik değerleri ve bildirim ayarlarınız.
- Push bildirim token'ları: bildirimlerin Apple Push Notification Service (APNs) veya Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) üzerinden cihazınıza iletilmesi için gereken cihaza özgü bir tanımlayıcı.
- Abonelik ve satın alma verileri: abonelik durumunuz, satın alma geçmişiniz ve hak sahipliğinizle ilgili bilgiler; bunlar Apple'ın Uygulama İçi Satın Alma sistemi veya Google Play Billing ile abonelik yönetim sağlayıcımız (aşağıdaki "Abonelikler ve Ödemeler" bölümüne bakın) aracılığıyla işlenir. Ödeme kartı bilgilerinizi kendimiz toplamayız veya saklamayız — bunlar doğrudan Apple veya Google tarafından yönetilir.
Uygulama, hassas GPS konum verisi toplamaz. Uygulama dışındaki gerçek aracı kurum varlıklarınız, hesap bakiyeleriniz veya işlem faaliyetleriniz hakkında bilerek herhangi bir bilgi toplamayız — oluşturduğumuz bildirimler yalnızca herkese açık piyasa verilerine dayanır.
Bilgilerinizi Nasıl Kullanıyoruz
Topladığımız bilgileri şu amaçlarla kullanırız:
- Uygulamanın temel işlevlerini, yapılandırdığınız teknik gösterge bildirimlerinin oluşturulması ve iletilmesi dahil, çalıştırmak
- Yenileme, iptal ve hak sahipliği kontrolleri dahil aboneliğinizi işlemek ve yönetmek
- Uygulamanın nasıl kullanıldığını anlayarak hataları düzeltmek, performansı iyileştirmek ve yeni özellikleri önceliklendirmek
- Önemli güncellemeler, hizmet bildirimleri veya — onay vermeniz halinde — ürün duyuruları hakkında sizinle iletişime geçmek
- Uygulamanın güvenliğini sağlamak ve dolandırıcılık veya kötüye kullanımı tespit etmek/önlemek
- Yasal yükümlülüklere uymak
Analitik
Uygulamanın nasıl kullanıldığını anlamak için (örn. özellik kullanımı, gezinme örüntüleri, çökme ve performans olayları) kendi altyapımızda barındırılan bir analitik platformu olan PostHog'u kullanıyoruz. PostHog kendi sunucularımızda barındırıldığından, bu kullanım verileri üçüncü taraf bir analitik şirketine iletilmek yerine kontrolümüzdeki sunucularda işlenir.
Ayrıca Apple App Store Connect ve Google Play Console'dan sınırlı, toplulaştırılmış analitik ve çökme raporu verileri (örn. yükleme sayıları, çökme oranları) alıyoruz; bunlar Apple ve Google'ın kendi gizlilik politikalarına tabidir.
Abonelikler ve Ödemeler
Abonelik satın alımları, cihazınıza bağlı olarak Apple'ın Uygulama İçi Satın Alma sistemi veya Google Play Billing üzerinden işlenir. Hak sahipliğini (aboneliğinizin aktif olup olmadığını) takip etmek ve abonelik performansını (örn. dönüşüm ve yenileme oranları) analiz etmek için abonelik yönetim platformumuz olarak Adapty'yi kullanıyoruz. Adapty, bizim adımıza Apple/Google'dan anonimleştirilmiş satın alma ve cihaz tanımlayıcı verisi alır — ödeme kartı bilgilerinizi almaz; bu bilgiler tamamen Apple ve Google tarafından yönetilir.

Push Bildirimleri
Uygulamanın temel özelliği, hisse senedi bildirimlerini iletmek için push bildirimlerine dayanır. Bunu yapmak için bir cihaz push token'ı topluyor ve ilgili bildirim içeriğiyle birlikte Apple Push Notification Service (APNs) veya Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) üzerinden gönderiyoruz. Push bildirimlerini istediğiniz zaman cihazınızın sistem ayarlarından devre dışı bırakabilirsiniz; bunu yapmanız, Uygulamanın kilit ekranınıza veya bildirim merkezinize bildirim iletmesini önler, ancak Uygulamayı açtığınızda uygulama içi bildirimler hâlâ görünebilir.
Üçüncü Taraf Hizmetler
Uygulama, her biri bizim adımıza belirli verileri işleyen ve kendi gizlilik politikasına sahip olan aşağıdaki üçüncü taraf hizmetlere dayanmaktadır:

Kişisel bilgilerinizi üçüncü taraflara satmıyoruz. Elimizdeki bilgileri şu durumlarda ifşa edebiliriz:
- yasal zorunluluk gereği, örneğin bir mahkeme kararına, celbe veya benzeri yasal sürece uymak için;
- haklarımızı, güvenliğinizi veya başkalarının güvenliğini korumak, dolandırıcılığı araştırmak veya yasal bir devlet talebine yanıt vermek için ifşanın iyi niyetle gerekli olduğuna inandığımızda;
- bizim adımıza, sözleşmesel gizlilik yükümlülükleri altında çalışan ve yalnızca bu politikada açıklanan hizmetleri sağlamak amacıyla bilgilere erişen hizmet sağlayıcılarla.
Veri Saklama
Bilgilerinizi, hesabınız aktif olduğu sürece veya Uygulamanın hizmetlerini sunmak için gerekli olduğu sürece ve ardından yasal yükümlülüklere uymak, anlaşmazlıkları çözmek ve sözleşmelerimizi uygulamak için makul bir süre boyunca saklarız. Uygulama aracılığıyla sağladığınız verilerin silinmesini isterseniz, lütfen [email protected] adresinden bizimle iletişime geçin; makul bir süre içinde yanıt vereceğiz.
Haklarınız
Bulunduğunuz yere bağlı olarak, kişisel verilerinizle ilgili olarak erişim, düzeltme, silme veya verilerinizi taşıma hakkı dahil olmak üzere belirli haklara sahip olabilirsiniz; ayrıca belirli işlemlere itiraz etme veya bunları sınırlama hakkına sahip olabilirsiniz.
- Türkiye'deyseniz: 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu ("KVKK") kapsamında; kişisel verilerinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme, işlenmesi hakkında bilgi talep etme, eksik veya yanlış işlenmiş verilerin düzeltilmesini veya silinmesini isteme ve münhasıran otomatik sistemler aracılığıyla analiz edilmesi sonucu aleyhinize bir sonuç ortaya çıkmasına itiraz etme hakkına sahipsiniz. Uygulama, 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklara (veya bulunduğunuz yargı alanındaki ilgili asgari yaşa) yönelik değildir ve bu yaşın altındaki çocuklardan bilerek kişisel bilgi toplamayız. Amerika Birleşik Devletleri'nde bu taahhüt, Çocukların Çevrimiçi Gizliliğini Koruma Yasası (COPPA) uyarınca verilmektedir. Bir çocuğun bize kişisel bilgi sağladığını öğrenirsek, bu bilgiyi sunucularımızdan sileriz. Güvenlik
İşlediğimiz ve sakladığımız bilgileri korumak için makul fiziksel, elektronik ve prosedürel önlemler alıyoruz. Bununla birlikte, internet üzerinden iletim veya elektronik depolama yöntemlerinin hiçbiri tamamen güvenli değildir ve mutlak güvenliği garanti edemeyiz.
Bu Politikadaki Değişiklikler
Bu Gizlilik Politikasını zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Önemli değişiklikleri, bu sayfanın üst kısmındaki "Son güncelleme" tarihini güncelleyerek ve uygun olduğunda uygulama içi bir bildirimle size bildireceğiz. Değişiklikler yürürlüğe girdikten sonra Uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmeniz, güncellenmiş politikayı kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.
